LIBRARIES AND SCHOOLS receive a 20% discount on books and other items. Orders should be accompanied by a purchase order or on institutional letterhead.

EXAMINATION COPIES will be sent to instructors considering a book for classroom adoption along with an invoice at a 20% faculty discount. If 10 or more copies are ordered within 60 days, please notify our Order Department; the invoice will be cancelled and the book may be kept as a desk copy. If the book is not adopted, it may be purchased at the invoiced price or returned within the 60-day period. Requests should be made on institutional letterhead and include the name of the course and expected enrollment.

1 book: 20% 2-4 books: 30% 5-9 books: 40% 10 or more books: 42%

OVERSTOCK RETURNS will be credited at 100% of the invoice price provided the books are in print, in saleable condition, and accompanied by the original invoice information. If invoice information is missing, returns will be credited at 50% of list price. Returns should be addressed
