The Afton Historical Society Press (Afton Press) publishes beautiful books that matter! Afton Press books explore and celebrate Minnesota history and culture.

Our audiences include scholars, students, and general readers. We seek out the widest possible audiences for our books through wholesale and retail outlets as well as donor programs that provide books, free of charge, to schools and public libraries. We also extend the reach of our publications program with art exhibitions, television documentaries, and author events

Afton Press is a 501(c)(3) organization. Most of our support comes from individual donors. Your contribution will be tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
